Terms of Service

Tasweeqa provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers in Qatar. Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, lawful ownership of items, and safe completion of transactions.

Marketplace Conduct

Do not post prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or misleading items. Conversations, offers, appointments, and orders must stay within the app where possible so both parties have a reliable record.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid WhatsApp product-answer access is offered as a seller subscription through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal. Tasweeqa activates paid access only after a verified Stripe webhook updates Convex entitlements, and Tasweeqa does not collect buyer payments for listed items.

Refunds And Cancellations

Sellers can manage subscription cancellation through the billing portal. Refund requests are reviewed through support, processed in Stripe when approved, and may depend on usage, billing status, and the reason for the request.

WhatsApp AI Product Answers

WhatsApp product answers use saved listing facts, approved seller answers, and seller viewing rules. Sellers remain responsible for listing accuracy, item availability, legal ownership, and honoring confirmed arrangements. Tasweeqa may pause AI automation, escalate to the seller, or refuse unsafe requests.

Private Seller Information

Private floor prices, target prices, seller-only notes, exact pickup details, internal settings, and support records are not public listing facts and must not be treated as buyer-facing commitments.
