Terms of Service
Tasweeqa provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers in Qatar. Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, lawful ownership of items, and safe completion of transactions.
Marketplace Conduct
Do not post prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or misleading items. Conversations, offers, appointments, and orders must stay within the app where possible so both parties have a reliable record.
Subscriptions And Billing
Basic product publication is QAR 7 during launch and completed checkout is required before a listing can go live. Paid messaging, calls, product-answer, or other add-ons are not available for sale until the relevant service, checkout, and entitlement verification are implemented. Tasweeqa does not collect buyer payments for listed items.
Refunds And Cancellations
If paid add-ons are later launched, sellers will manage cancellation through the billing portal. Refund requests will be reviewed through support and may depend on usage, billing status, and the reason for the request.
Buyer Questions And Seller Review
Buyer questions, offers, and viewing requests use saved listing facts and seller-provided details for context. Sellers remain responsible for listing accuracy, item availability, legal ownership, and honoring confirmed arrangements. Tasweeqa may pause unsafe workflows, escalate to the seller, or refuse unsafe requests.
Private Seller Information
Private floor prices, target prices, seller-only notes, exact pickup details, internal settings, and support records are not public listing facts and must not be treated as buyer-facing commitments.
