Privacy Policy

Tasweeqa uses account, listing, conversation, offer, appointment, and order data to operate the marketplace and protect users from misuse.

Data We Store

We store profile details, listing media and descriptions, saved listings, contact submissions, waitlist entries, messages, offers, appointments, order history, WhatsApp message audit records, automation audit events, subscription status, Stripe customer or subscription IDs, and delivery status records.

Access Controls

Private marketplace data is restricted to authenticated participants or admins. Public active listings can be viewed by anyone.

Service Providers

Tasweeqa uses service providers such as Clerk for identity, Convex for application data, Stripe for subscription billing, Meta WhatsApp for buyer messages, and AI providers for product-answer workflows. We share only the data needed to operate those services.

WhatsApp And AI Data

WhatsApp buyer phone numbers, message content, delivery status, automation decisions, seller escalations, and viewing confirmations may be stored to answer product questions, audit automation, handle abuse, resolve disputes, and monitor service quality.

Account Deletion

If an account is deleted, we remove public marketplace exposure for unsold listings and anonymize the profile details we no longer need. Order, offer, appointment, conversation, WhatsApp audit, billing, and support records may be retained where needed for transaction history, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, service security, and legal obligations.
