Asking Price

Floor Price
The lowest price you will accept, kept private for reviewing offers.
Relisting
Publishing your listing again after it expires.
Negotiation Room
The gap between your asking price and your floor price.
Condition
Rating of item state: New, Like New, Good, Fair, For Parts.
Buying Terms
Offer
The price a buyer proposes, usually below the asking price.
Counter Offer
The seller's response to a buyer's offer with a different price.
Time-Waster
A buyer who enquires without genuine intent to purchase.
No-Show
When a buyer fails to attend an agreed viewing appointment.
Viewing
A meeting arranged by seller and buyer to inspect the item before purchase.
Qatar-Specific Terms
Istimara
Qatar vehicle registration certificate. Required for ownership transfer.
Fahas
Road worthiness inspection from an authorized center. Required for car sales.
Metrash2
Qatar government app for traffic services including vehicle ownership transfer.
QID
Qatar ID or residency permit. Required for marketplace transactions.
Mulkiya
Vehicle ownership document. Must be transferred via Metrash2.
Technology Terms
AI Agent
An automated system that answers buyer questions via WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Automation
Automatic replies to WhatsApp messages using listing details.
Structured Offer
A formal system for sending, accepting, or rejecting offers within the platform.
Rating
A buyer or seller review given after a completed transaction.
Verification
Confirming a seller's identity via email or phone.
Item Conditions
New
Unused, in original packaging.
Like New
Used once or twice, looks brand new.
Good
Used with minor signs of wear, fully functional.
Fair
Visible wear and tear, but still works well.
For Parts
Significant wear, may need repairs.
